Co Op online play help Glitch?

Me and the wife are trying to play together online Co-op. However, it says we dont have the same DLC. We checked we have all the same content for in game we havent bought anything. We have even tried to remove the DLC thats free same problem.

Try uninstalling then re installing the entire game after moving saves
