help with property

my friend has bought a LOT of property. selecting each one individually is becoming tedious for repairs. is there perhaps an easier way to do this? perhaps a way to select all the buildings at once? thanks, and appreciate any information on the subject

The only shortcut that I know of with the properties is to use the map in the sanctuary, that way you don't have to walk... I think Lionhead did this purposely, to make being a landlord, more of a job, instead of a easy stream of cash.

Rental properties (houses) require upkeep as the property will degrade with time to the point where the renters will stop paying money if the upkeep is 0%.

Business properties require no upkeep and will continually give you money without having to pay upkeep.

You may want to switch from owning Rental properties to strictly owning Business properties.
