I have my Champion hammer fully maxed. Level 5 Melee, all 3 upgrades. I one shot everything in front of me. xD

That does not make it a better in-game weapon. EDIT: Also, I wouldn't say it's the rarest just to say it. It's only rare because the retailers that were meant to distribute it, didn't know what they were doing.

Yeah, The Inquisitor is better than the Channeler. They both do the same damage, however, Channeler gives you Guild Seals faster, has Lightning Damage, and adds +15 when full upgraded Inquisitor has +15, but also has Restore Health per hit, and Gives gold per hit. The Champion right now for...

Well, Stats Wise, The Inquisitor is better than the Channeler. They both have the same damage, but the Inquisitor restores health per hit, and gives you money per hit. The Channeler just has Shock Damage, and lets you earn Guild Seals faster in Combat. So in reality, the only thing it boils down...

The Weapon Morphing is what comes to mind for me. We were told it would happen on the fly, and would change depending on your play style. But in reality...it seems to be no where near like that. Only factors I've found out on weapon morphing are when you level up, and do challenges, like kill...
